Carmel Village Hall is to have a defibrillator fitted to its outside wall, thanks to The Lions.

There is to be a free training session, which is arranged for Thursday 6th September at the Village Hall in Carmel from 2 pm - 4 pm

There has been a lot of publicity in the media recently about the devices with more and more popping up in public areas, but do you know how to use one?

Although most devices, actually talk you through how to use them, with voice prompting, having expert training could help save a life!
